Exclusive online platform to engage member loyalty

Dream Lodge Loyalty

Right Angle Creative built a customer loyalty website for The Dream Lodge Group for use as a telemarketing tool, membership database and referral program. The front end had to showcase the stunning areas of natural beauty and their luxury lodge images as well as explaining how the referral program works and how points are earned.

Our website design approach

Our 360° design process breaks each project into 4 simple steps. Discover, Design, Develop and Deliver.

Discover

We start any project by asking the right questions. Assessing and understanding your project requirements and expectations allows us to set off in the right direction.

We’ll begin by conducting thorough research and analysis – gathering profiles of your typical users and looking into the analytics of your existing site (and your competitor’s sites), allowing us to gain a better understanding of how visitors current behaviour and journey. This will inform us of the direction of your new build should take and what to avoid.

Design

Based on our body of research, we can create technical specifications and potential solutions that answer your brief. This will involve producing sitemaps, wireframes and interactive concepts.

This is where the fun begins. We’ll begin to use our wireframes as guides on how we think your brand will look, respond and feel through interaction, graphics, photography, and typography in a digital environment. The attention to detail in these areas is what makes all the difference to the user experience.

Develop

After sharing our design and build concept with you, we’ll implement your feedback to refine and build the front and back-end of the approved design with key calls to action and responsiveness being the forefront of our minds.

Once your site is built, we’ll fully test the final build, applying any tweaks where necessary right up to the point of the launch.

Deliver

Once your website goes live, we’ll continue to support you. After the launch, we’ll help you get started with your website by giving you a Wordpress handover. This stage will include; learning the theme, how to add pages, make content changes and answer any questions you may have regarding the build.

Keeping your site up to date and secure is an important priority, so we also offer a full maintenance package for your new website, if required, including daily back-ups and fast, UK based hosting.

The perfect website recipe for online success

LDN Grill

The LDN Grill website needed to compliment the strong visual identity of the logo and give customers an insight in to the type of evening they can expect at LDN. Photography was a very important component to carry this narrative and show the newly refurbished interior and premium cocktail bar.

The website not only had to look great but also had to serve the functionality of allowing customers to book appointments, see upcoming events, view the menu and contact the restaurant for private bookings and special events all whilst being a fully bespoke, responsive site.

Website FAQ's

We've received various questions over the years, so here are some that we've collated in hopes that they provide insight for your project.

Why Wordpress?

We use Wordpress CMS, which enables you to be in full control with websites that are easy to edit and update. It includes unique features that make it the most popular content management system available. We’ll deliver you a CMS that’s built to meet your requirements, providing you with a simple, user-friendly and updateable interface.

WordPress powers nearly a third of the world’s websites, including the complex sites of major brands you’re familiar with such as; Disney, Sony, Vogue, Mercedes Benz and many more.

How much do our websites cost?

It depends completely on how big it is and what you need it to do. If you need to integrate a booking system or an e-commerce store, then all of this is going to factor into the overall website cost.

The fastest way to get a project cost is to give us a call and speak to a member of our team to discuss your requirements.

Can I get a website for free or very cheap?

Of course, there are plenty of basic website builders out there for you to use. You can select one of their generic templates and put your content in.

However, you’ll need to consider a few things:
• Do you have time, knowledge and technical skills to develop a website yourself?
• How many people are using the same template design?
• Will you actually own the website?
• Will it be fully responsive across all devices and rank well in search results?

With websites, you get what you pay for. These website builders are great for personal websites, but if you’re looking for something memorable and relevant with additional functionality, they should be avoided.

How long do websites take to build?

Again, it depends on size and functionality. Including the planning and content creation, a 6-page website project could take between 4-6 weeks.

Are there any other costs to be aware of?

Domain – These can range in price depending on what you want. We can advise you on what domain names would work well for your business.

Hosting – Prices vary depending on the level of hosting. As site speed is an important factor to the success of your website, you’ll want to make sure you get the right one.

SSL – Optional, although highly recommended. SSL certificates make your website secure. Some hosting providers will include a free SSL with their hosting package.

Email – Optional. Custom emails such as john@yourdomain.co.uk will need to be hosted through your hosting provider.

What happens after it goes live?

Maintenance – With Wordpress websites, the ‘launch it and leave it’ attitude doesn’t work. Wordpress is built up of three things Core Wordpress files, Themes and plugins. As newer versions of these files are released, the old ones will need updating. You can update these files yourself, but most people don’t want to, this is where our website maintenance package comes in.

Blogs – Search engines love fresh content. Blogging is a great way for you to attract traffic to your website and generate an audience.

SEO & PPCSearch Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click advertisement are good ways to boost the traffic to your website. See the next question for more information.

How can I get more traffic to my website?

Search Engine Optimisation – We build all our websites with what’s called ‘foundational optimisation’. This means we set up your site structure to be easy to navigate and access all the content. There are many SEO strategies you can use to boost your website’s search rankings such as backlinks and citations.

Pay Per Click Advertising – This involves creating adverts through a program such as Google Adwords to appear for certain search results. This is a good way to get on the first page of Google for certain search terms.

Let's work together

If you have a design project in mind, we’d love to help. Whether you need 5 page website or an e-commerce shop, share it with us and together we’ll create something amazing!
