My website is broken but I’m not on a maintenance package, can you help?
Of course! We’ll take a look at the problem and what might have caused it. We can then provide you with a cost to get your site back up and running.
A plugin on my site is no longer supported?
Sometimes this happens and it can be frustrating. Outdated plugins, when not dealt with can be a massive security risk for your website. Should this happen, we’ll advise you on the best way to move forward.
How can you optimise my website?
There are five main areas to optimise your website: Security, Speed, Usability, Traffic and Conversion. We’ll start by assessing these areas and identifying areas that could be improved on your site.
Do Right Angle provide website hosting?
Yes, however, this is only offered to clients whose website we’ve designed and built. If you’d like us to host and maintain your website, talk to a member of our team for more details.
Does my choice of hosting matter?
High-quality hosting is important to run a successful website. Fast load times and secure connections give customers a better experience on your website, these, in turn, are both ranking factors that help determine your position in search results.
Does your maintenance package include content changes?
Our top two maintenance packages come with ‘job support credits’ each credit can be used for one small job developing your website as long as it takes less than 30 minutes. This can include things like optimising and uploading images, adding calls to action or changing text.
Support credits can only be used one at a time, any larger jobs will need to be costed separately.
How do I pay?
Our maintenance packages are paid annually.
