We designed and built a customer loyalty website for The Dream Lodge Group for use as a telemarketing tool, membership database and referral program. The front end had to showcase the stunning areas of natural beauty and their luxury lodge images as well as explaining how the referral program works and how points are earned. The backend of the site has been designed to allow members to sign up and receive points based on how many nights they or the friends they’ve referred have booked. The marketing team can then monitor and log activity and assign points based on these requirements.
