Intelligent Move Recruitment is a new and innovative company established to provide a fresh, honest and transparent approach to the recruitment and personnel sector. When creating the Intelligent Move logo we worked closely with the client to understand their core values and what separates them from the competition. The people on the team are their strength and they aim to encourage candidates to make a smarter career move by using their services. We focused on these two elements, people and movement and visually brought them to life with a human figure forming the ‘I’ and the ‘V’ becoming an arrow moving up and away from the wording. We ensured the logo worked in both landscape and stacked versions as well as developing a shorter ‘IMR’ icon to be used on business cards and other corporate materials.
