Brief

The owners of Affordable Health visited us wanting to set up a new online business, selling vitamins, minerals and supplements at affordable prices.

We felt that “Affordable Health” wasn’t the right brand name for their new online product offering. Rather than just leading on price and being just ‘affordable’, we thought it would be far more effective for customers to buy into a longer-term ‘lifestyle’ brand.

Name Generation

Working with the client, we produced many name generation options to find a unique, memorable and relevant name, able to work successfully across all of their vitamins, minerals and supplements.

During the process, we came up with many relevant keywords relating to health, vitality and active life. The final name, approved by the client was ‘Vivid Health’.

Branding Design – Key Points

We incorporated the following key points into the design of this new branding:

• The ‘V’ of vivid is rotated and used 4 times, to form a unique version of the internationally recognised pharmacy cross symbol.

• The circle around the logo represents circular pills.

• A bright, ‘vivid’ corporate colour palette to represent an exciting healthy and bright lifestyle.

• A set of custom-designed, hand-drawn illustrations to be used on the product packaging.

• We designed a bespoke, rounded letter styling – to appear less corporate / softer and more friendly.
