A complete redesign from the ground up

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Willis & Gambier for over a decade and in that time have created multiple websites and marketing materials for them. Willis & Gambier asked Right Angle to design and build a new fully responsive website to compliment the companies new visual identity.

Since Birlea Furniture Ltd. acquired Willis & Gambier in 2019, they promised an investment in the companies brand. The new Willis & Gambier visual identity inherits the essence of the previous WG logo, moving beyond the original navy and gold pallet to a more fresh contemporary look through the use of black and white.

This distinctive monochrome colour palette provides a striking visual presence which acts as neutral background to the stunning product portfolio imagery, allowing their products and content to really take centre stage.

A modern, clean and engaging website

Right Angle have completely redesigned and built a fully responsive website of over 200 pages with customer engagement as our primary focus. The website features stunning portfolio, lifestyle and individual product pages which focus heavily on close-up, detailed photography showcasing the quality of their latest product portfolio.

In order to maintain design consistency, we’ve created a set of brand guidelines for Willis & Gambier, covering the use of the logo, typography and corporate colours.

E-Commerce

The new Willis & Gambier site has eCommerce built in the backend with a retail section allowing wholesalers/stockists to reserve stock from a wide selection of WG’s beautiful furniture. We also host & maintain the website and are actively adding new product portfolios as they arrive.

We’ve created individual pages for over 100 product lines (including their latest product portfolio: Etienne, Atelier and Hancock) linking these to the online shop, using product filters to enable users to navigate through the shop and website with ease and efficiency. On the day of the launch, they had over 600 users roaming through the new site and they received outstanding feedback. We’re really excited to be an integral part of Willis & Gambier and are looking forward to helping them showcase their new furniture as it’s created.
