Client Website Process

FREE Discovery Meeting
To get the ball rolling, we offer a FREE, no obligation 20-30 minute discovery call / screen-share to find out more about your website. Typically on the call, we’ll discuss what you’re trying to achieve, your likes, dislikes, budgets and timescales etc.

Start Your Project
We’ll send you an estimate for the scope of work and deliverables agreed on the call, if you’d like to proceed, we’ll ask you to fill out our ‘new client’ form, online. We’ll then send over your deposit invoice (for 50% of the agreed amount).

Design Concepts
Once we’ve received your deposit, your job goes live in the studio and we start creating website wireframes for all key pages to set the look, styling and functionality of your site. We’ll take into consideration things like brand integration, navigation, user journey, colours, fonts and calls to action etc.

Presentation
We’ll set up a presentation meeting with you about 7-10 days from the start of the design concept stage. In this meeting / screen-share, we’ll show you through all of our website proposals and ideas and get your feedback on which concepts/routes work best for you. After the meeting, we’ll send you a copy of the wireframes so you can give things the ‘famous overnight test’.

Design Development
Once you’ve had a chance to digest our website wireframes, we welcome your comments/feedback. If you have any amends or need to see any options, we’ll create these (at no extra cost) until you’re completely happy with your website concept. At this stage, you’ll receive an invoice for the next 25% of the agreed project total.

Website Build
Once we have your domain name and hosting details, we’ll then build your website (If you need assistance setting up your domain and hosting, we’ll be happy to help). Typically this takes between 2-8 weeks, depending on site size and availability of content. Before the launch of your new website, you’ll receive our final 25% invoice and we’ll agree a date for your website training session.

Research into your market sector, competitors and website requirements together with discussions with you about likes, dislikes, preferred styles, functionality etc, gives us a solid foundation to base our design concepts on.
Design
From initial wireframes and design concepts, we create the look and styling for all key page types. We then present our ideas to you, to see which route best suits your business.
Develop
If there are any changes from the design presentation and you need to see any variations, we’ll produce these (at no extra cost). Our guarantee of satisfaction, with unlimited revisions means that we’ll carry on designing until you’re completely happy with your website solution.
Deliver
We’ll then build your website, making sure that it’s fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile. Careful attention is given to the user journey and experience, ensuring your products/services are clear and easy to understand. Please see more details about our web process HERE.
